Bio:

My name is Mike Watchel I have been in the fitness and bodybuilding life for thirty-plus years. Through those year I was able to develop a great amount of knowledge in training and nutrition. As I am now in my 50’s I needed to learn more advanced training techniques to prevent injury and allow me to train well into my later years in life. I received my certification through Canfitpro to help me add to my knowledge and be able to assist my clients better. There is no quick fix or fad diet that is going to give you what you want, and if they do work results do not last. I believe in a training philosophy of consistency builds sustainability. I want clients to be able to take what I have taught them and have it been as user friendly as possible in their everyday lives.
