Please Note The Following

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the form below. Cancelling through any other method (ie. phone call, in-person, or email) will not be accepted as a request to cancel your membership, and we will redirect you to the form below.
Cancellation requests must be given with a minimum of 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.
Upon your request, your following billing cycle will be cancelled, but you will still have 24/7 access to the gym until the last day of your current cycle.
There is no charge for cancelling your membership with Chop Shop Physiques.
We do not issue refunds for past payments if no notice was given through the form below, 7 days or more in advance.
Please make sure to mention all members on your account that should be included in the cancellation request.
A staff member will reach out via email within 24 hours upon receiving your request to confirm your cancellation. Our response time may be slower if you reach out over the weekend as we are not staffed on Sundays.
