Bio:

My training focuses on 1) education—teaching you how to work out safely and confidently in a way that’s both sustainable and inspiring, and 2) movement optimization—assessing your movement patterns and designing personalized exercise programs to help you build strength and stability, not just in the gym but in the activities that matter most to you. I’ve worked with clients aged 15 to 70, of all genders and fitness levels—from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Their goals range from “fixing my hips so my chiropractor stops commenting on them” to “I want to spice up my workouts” to “I want to crush it in volleyball, golf, or hockey.” Many of my clients have health considerations like lower back pain, arthritis, pregnancy, past injuries, etc. and I customize their workouts (with medical clearance) to suit their needs while helping them make real progress.
