Bio:

Hello, my name is Janaya. I am a certified trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and also an on-call firefighter. From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people and that desire led me to become a personal trainer. I believe in the value of the human body, which is an incredible machine that I strive to help people understand. My goal when working with clients is to improve their quality of life and show them that I care. I encourage accountability because, in my experience, getting to the gym can be the hardest part of a workout routine.
